Salted Egg Fried Fish & Crab咸蛋抄螃蟹与鱼


Ingredients :-
Onion (2 big pieces), Curry leaf (10g) , ginger (1 whole piece), salted egg ( 2 pieces)
Butter & milk are optional
Crab 620g
Fish 700g

材料
葱 (两粒),加里叶(10 ),(一粒), 咸蛋(两粒)
牛油 与 牛奶 (选择性)
螃蟹650

METHODS

1) Add oil, onion, ginger, spring onion and stir-fry
1) 加油,葱,姜,青葱 拌抄




2) Add crabs and stir-fry until fragant
2) 加螃蟹 拌抄香浓














3) Add salted eggs
3) 加咸蛋


4) Stir-fry till salted eggs are cooked
4) 拌抄至咸蛋熟

5) Add fish and stir-fry till fish is cooked and crabs turn orangy
5) 加鱼 拌抄至熟 及 螃蟹成 “橙红” 色


 
6) Add curry leaf and stir-fry till fragant
6) 加“加里叶”拌抄香浓
 
7) Simmer for 15 minutes
7) 慢火焖煮 15 分钟


Salted Egg Fried Fish & Crab is now ready for serving !!
咸蛋抄螃蟹与鱼 适以备用
