Pancake 煎饼




Below slides show demonstrates the process making of pancake:-


Ingredients:-
plain flour1/2 cup
low fat milk 3/4 cup
egg 1 piece
cooking oil 1 tablespoon
peeled oranges few slices
peeled apples few slices
vanilla ice cream few scoops

Methods:-
  1. mix plain flour, low fat milk,egg and cooking oil in a bowl
  2. stir to a smooth batter
  3. leave to settle for 15 minutes
  4. spray pan evenly with oil and heat
  5. add enough batter for 1 crepe and spread in a circular motion till even
  6. cook over low heat until the edges start to curl upwards then remove from pan
  7. repeat until all batter is used
  8. while serving place 1 or 2 piece of crepe with few scoops of ice cream and decorate with peeled oranges and apples. Serve immediately.

面粉1 / 2
低脂奶3 / 4
 鸡蛋1
调油1汤匙
几片去皮的桔子
几片去皮苹果
几勺冰淇淋

方法: -
  1. 混合面粉,低脂肪牛奶,鸡蛋和食用油在碗里
  2. 面糊搅拌
  3. 放一15
  4. 油入锅沸热
  5. 沿周加入足够的面糊
  6. 用小火煮,直到边缘开始壳起,就可从锅拿起
  7. 重复,直到所有的面糊 用完
  8. 备用时加入12勺冰淇淋与去皮桔子和苹果装饰,即可食用
