Sweet Sour Beancurd/ Fish/ Capsicums Fish 甜酸豆腐/鱼/三文鱼

Ingredients
Beancurd ( Wet Tofu) - 6 pieces
Orange - 1 piece
Organic Honey- 2 tablespoon
Frying Flour - 50g
Water
Cooking Oil

Fish - 3 slices
Capsicums traffic light - 3 pieces
Tomato - 1 piece
Carrot - 1/2 piece

Tips
  • Orange skin can be retained and innovatively cut in pattern for presentation use. It can add spice to other simple cooked dishes making a nice meal of the day !
  • Fish can be an alternative to beancurd
  • Salmon Fish is a good choice for fish as of its good oil and nutrients
  • New Dish can be created with the same sweet sour sauce with just one simple "add-on" (stir fry capsicums, tomato and carrot) as follow:-
