METHODS
1) Add oil, onion, ginger, spring onion and stir-fry

2) Add crabs and stir-fry until fragant

3) Add salted eggs 3) 加咸蛋 |
4) Stir-fry till salted eggs are cooked 4) 拌抄至咸蛋熟 |
5) Add fish and stir-fry till fish is cooked and crabs turn orangy 5) 加鱼 拌抄至熟 及 螃蟹成 “橙红” 色 |
6) Add curry leaf and stir-fry till fragant 6) 加“加里叶”拌抄香浓 |
7) Simmer for 15 minutes 7) 慢火焖煮 15 分钟 |
