Salted Egg Fried Fish & Crab咸蛋抄螃蟹与鱼

Ingredients :-
Onion (2 big pieces), Curry leaf (10g) , ginger (1 whole piece), salted egg ( 2 pieces)
Butter & milk are optional
Crab 620g
Fish 700g

材料
葱 (两粒)，加里叶(10克 )，姜(一粒)， 咸蛋(两粒)
牛油 与 牛奶 (选择性)
螃蟹650克
鱼700克

  

METHODS

1) Add oil, onion, ginger, spring onion and stir-fry

1) 加油，葱，姜，青葱 拌抄

2) Add crabs and stir-fry until fragant

2) 加螃蟹 拌抄香浓

3) Add salted eggs
3) 加咸蛋

4) Stir-fry till salted eggs are cooked

4) 拌抄至咸蛋熟



5) Add fish and stir-fry till fish is cooked and crabs turn orangy

5) 加鱼 拌抄至熟 及 螃蟹成 “橙红” 色



 

6) Add curry leaf and stir-fry till fragant
6) 加“加里叶”拌抄香浓

 

7) Simmer for 15 minutes
7) 慢火焖煮 15 分钟

Windows Movie Maker-Merry Christmas 2010

I would like to share with you my experience of making movie with Windows Movie Maker tool.
I made movie by combining  a few pictures and one video.
I trimmed the video and remove the unwanted portion and noise from the video.
I adjusted music to full level from imported music instead of from the sound of my own video.

Below is one of my work piece produced using "Windows Movie Maker" tool:-

Features in Window Movie Maker, namely:-

1. import pictures
2. import video
3. import audio/music
4. edit and write script (titles and credit)
5. adjust audio level
6. split and trim video
7. publish movie
8. share in YouTube

How do I start?

1. Windows Movie Maker allows movie making from
• pictures
• video
• combine picture with video
• with and without music
2. First, import picture, video and music
3. Then, drag and drop the imported picture, video and music onto the video and music boxes respectively (which is found at the bottom after the Timeline)
4. After that, click on Edit Titles and credit, you can edit title ( script and story etc) at the beginning, in between or at the end of the clip (picture/video)
5. Then, go to the movie display screen and click play to preview your movie
6. You can click on "split" to trim and fine tune your video (e.g. to remove unwanted part of the video)
• look for "split"(which is  found on the right hand side below the movie display screen)
• when you play your clip and reach the unwanted part, click on "split"
• then right click cursor for "remove" function
7. You can move your cursor to Tools (found on top) and click on "Audio Level" to adjust the music volume either from your own video or from the music imported.
8. Lastly, click "Publish Movie", you can publish your movie to
• file in your computer
• CD
• email
• digital video camera
9. You can also upload your movie to "YouTube" for sharing!

我在此想与大家分享我应用Windows Movie Maker工具制作的电影与体验。 我做了一个结合相片与视频(录影)的电影。 我也修剪视频和从视频中删除不需要的部分和噪声。

如何操作？

1. Windows Movie Maker允许电影制作
• 图片
• 视频(录影)
• 结合图像与视频
• 加入或不加入音乐
2. 首先，导入图片，视频和音乐
3. 然后，拖放导入的图片，视频和音乐到视频和音乐格
4. 之后，点击“Edit Titles and credit”，你可以在此开始编辑故事于图片/视频前，之间或在图片/视频结束后
5. 然后，去电影显示屏幕预览影片播放
6. 你可以点击(按)"split" 修剪您的影片（例如，删除不必要的视频部分）,
• 可在影片显示屏幕右下侧找到 "split",
•  电影显示屏幕预览影片播放时，按"split" 然后拖放于视频(录影)不要部分,
• 然后按右键找“删除”功能

Pancake 煎饼

Below slides show demonstrates the process making of pancake:-

Ingredients:-
plain flour1/2 cup
low fat milk 3/4 cup
egg 1 piece
cooking oil 1 tablespoon
peeled oranges few slices
peeled apples few slices
vanilla ice cream few scoops

Methods:-

1. mix plain flour, low fat milk,egg and cooking oil in a bowl
2. stir to a smooth batter
3. leave to settle for 15 minutes
4. spray pan evenly with oil and heat
5. add enough batter for 1 crepe and spread in a circular motion till even
6. cook over low heat until the edges start to curl upwards then remove from pan
7. repeat until all batter is used
8. while serving place 1 or 2 piece of crepe with few scoops of ice cream and decorate with peeled oranges and apples. Serve immediately.

成份： -

面粉1 / 2杯
低脂奶3 / 4杯
 鸡蛋1个
烹调油1汤匙
几片去皮的桔子
几片去皮苹果
几勺冰淇淋

方法： -

1. 混合面粉，低脂肪牛奶，鸡蛋和食用油在碗里
2. 面糊搅拌
3. 放一边15分钟
4. 放油入锅沸热
5. 沿周加入足够的面糊
6. 用小火煮，直到边缘开始壳起，就可从锅拿起
7. 重复，直到所有的面糊 用完
8. 备用时加入1或2勺冰淇淋与去皮桔子和苹果装饰，即可食用

Custard Based Vanilla Ice Cream 蛋奶冰淇淋

Ingredients
egg yolks 4 pieces
honey 100g
semi skimmed milk 300ml
double cream 300ml
vanilla essence 2.5ml

Tools:-
ice cream maker
electric mixer

Methods

1. in a saucepan slowly bring the semi skimmed milk to boiling point
2. place the egg yolks and honey in a bowl and beat together
3. then pour (1) onto the egg mixture beating together
4. return the mixture to the pan and stir constantly until the mixture thickens and forms a film over the back of the spoon, do not let it boil or the mixture will separate
5. remove from heat and leave until cold
6. prepare double cream 300ml
7. add 2.5ml vanilla essence
8. stir (5) in the double cream and vanilla essence
9. pour the mixture into the freezer bowl with the paddle running
10. allow to freeze until desired consistency is achieved

配料
蛋黄4件
蜂蜜100克
半脱脂牛奶300毫升
双奶油300毫升
香草精2.5毫升

工具： -
冰淇淋机
电动搅拌机

方法

1. 在一个锅里慢慢把半脱脂牛奶煮沸
2. 蛋黄和蜂蜜放在一个碗里一起搅拌
3. 然后把(1）倒入到混合鸡蛋一起搅拌
4. 返混合桨到锅再搅拌及煮，不要让它煮沸或混合桨将分离
5. 离火，留到冷
6. 准备双奶油300毫升
7. 加2.5毫升香草精
8. 加（5）在双奶油与香草精一起搅拌
9. 把混合桨倒到碗里放到冰箱冷冻

Aloe Vera Dessert ( with Ginkgo Nuts) 芦荟甜点(加银杏果仁）

Ingredients
Aloe Vera  4 pieces
Water 4L (litre)
Honey (Organic) 250-300ml
Ginkgo Nuts 200g
Pandan leaf 3-4 pieces

Method:-
1) remove skin of ginkgo nuts
2) prepare 4 litre water in pot
3) add ginkgo nuts
4) add aloe vera (cut in cubes)
5) add "pandan" leaf
6) boil for 20-30 minutes
7) when is ready, add honey (organic honey is strongly suggested)
8) aloe vera dessert ( with ginkgo nuts) is ready for serving

Story Sharing
 I prepared this dessert especially for a friend from India who has problem to source for white fungus being one of the ingredient in my earlier preparation of Aloe Vera dessert.
Well, Ginkgo Nuts can be an alternative ingredient to White Fungus.

Tips:
1) Do not over boil as to preserve the nutrients of aloe vera not being destroyed by over heating
2) Candied Dates can be an alternative to Honey
3) Pandan leaf serve as a flavour only thus can be done away with
4) Red Dates can be an optional "add on" ingredient

我为来自印度的朋友准备这道点心，因为她提出问题“如果没有白色银耳去准备甜点芦荟，怎办?” 那么，银杏可替代白色银耳为原料。

Tips: 提示：
1）不要过度煮沸，以维护芦荟不被过热破坏营养素
2) 蜜枣可替代蜂蜜
3) ）班兰叶只作为一种调味，可以省缺
4）红枣是一个可选的“添加” 原料

Scrapbook-Kids First Time 剪贴簿“孩子难忘第一次”

I had created a scrapbook titled "Kids First Time" for Lulu & Enen on 3 Nov 2010!

Learning how to digital scrap is fun, frustrating....but, fun :)

How was it started?

I always wish to compile kids' collections of digital photos into an memorable album like their first time, special events, big day etc.

Last week, I passed by a shop named "scrapbug" and it reminded me of  "scrapbook" stuff I came accross online during my search for ideas on layout design of Enen's baby album-important milestone.
I started to explore on the internet and finally, I found scrapbookflair.com which allow you to create your own scrapbook pages with ScrapbookFlair Software, a free program for designing and sharing of digital scrapbooks.

I had tried out and found that the number of pages for photos allowed to be uploaded per scrapbook are restricted (e.g only 3 pages were allowed to be uploaded per time versus my initial plan to put all 5 pages into a scrapbook resulting my uploads splited into 2 scrapbooks). Besides, The effect of text edited was not so clear too.

It may not be my ideal choice for storing and sharing of digital scrapbooks on line. Nonetherless, it still serves my goal to use it as a tool to create and design my own scrapbook pages.

它是怎样开始的？

我一直想为孩子数码照片珍藏编译一个如“难忘第一次，特别活动，佳节”的专辑

上周，我经过一个名为“scrapbug”的商店，它提醒我当我在为恩恩“婴儿重要里程碑专辑”网上搜寻设计时，发现”剪贴簿”这东西，。

.我开始探索互联网，最后，我发现scrapbookflair.com，它让您可以免费下载ScrapbookFlair软件，设计剪贴簿及共享自己的剪贴簿网页。

我试过了，发现每页剪贴簿有照片上载限制（例如只有3页被允许每次上载，这造成我最初计划上载5页剪贴簿分裂为2剪贴簿）。 此外，照片编辑效果不那么清楚。

它可能不是我在互联网储存和共享剪贴簿的理想选择。

它仍然可达成我的目标。我用它作为一种创建和设计自己剪贴簿页面的工具。
