Above slideshow demonstrates the process making of Aloe Vera Dessert with Ginkgo Nuts.
Ingredients
Aloe Vera 4 pieces
Water 4L (litre)
Honey (Organic) 250-300ml
Ginkgo Nuts 200g
Pandan leaf 3-4 pieces
Method:-
1) remove skin of ginkgo nuts
2) prepare 4 litre water in pot
3) add ginkgo nuts
4) add aloe vera (cut in cubes)
5) add "pandan" leaf
6) boil for 20-30 minutes
7) when is ready, add honey (organic honey is strongly suggested)
8) aloe vera dessert ( with ginkgo nuts) is ready for serving

I prepared this dessert especially for a friend from India who has problem to source for white fungus being one of the ingredient in my earlier preparation of Aloe Vera dessert.
Well, Ginkgo Nuts can be an alternative ingredient to White Fungus.
Tips:
1) Do not over boil as to preserve the nutrients of aloe vera not being destroyed by over heating
2) Candied Dates can be an alternative to Honey
3) Pandan leaf serve as a flavour only thus can be done away with
4) Red Dates can be an optional "add on" ingredient

提示:
1)不要过度煮沸,以维护芦荟不被过热破坏营养素
2) 蜜枣可替代蜂蜜
3) )班兰叶只作为一种调味,可以省缺
4)红枣是一个可选的“添加” 原料
